What We Collect

When you use LeadHarvest, we collect: your email address (required for free searches), your search queries (industry and location), and your IP address (for rate limiting). If you make a purchase, payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used to: deliver lead generation search results, enforce our free tier limit (one free search per email), and occasionally send product updates. We will never sell your email to third parties or send spam. Your IP address is used solely for rate limiting to prevent abuse. Search queries (industry and location) are used to perform the lead generation search you requested and to improve our service quality.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your data based on your consent, which you provide when submitting your email to use our service. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting data deletion.

Data from Google & Yelp

Business data displayed in search results is sourced from public Google Places and Yelp APIs. We do not own this data — it is publicly available business information.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your email and search history for up to 12 months. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing info@danabak.com or using our API: DELETE /api/delete-my-data?email=your@email.com

International Data Transfers

Our service is hosted in the United States via Railway. If you are accessing LeadHarvest from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed on servers located in the United States.

Cookies

LeadHarvest does not use tracking cookies. We use Stripe for payment processing, which may set its own cookies during checkout.
